Japanese Mayonnaise Dressing

 
Ingredients -
 
1/4 Red Onion, finely diced
2 cloves Garlic, finely diced
1 1/2 ounces Rice Vinegar (seasoned)
1 tube Japanese Kewpie Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon Mae Ploy Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
 
Preparation:
 
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together. Serve with a seafood salad over romaine or iceberg lettuce.
